WRONA LAW WINS ANOTHER TRIAL

PARK CITY, UTAH
Wrona Law Firm prevailed on a collection and lien foreclosure action in court today. The trial court rendered judgment against the opposing party and in favor of Wrona Law Firm for the full amount owed, plus costs and interest.  The trial court also found that the lien recorded by Wrona Law Firm against the opposing party was valid and that Wrona Law Firm was entitled to foreclose upon that lien.

The victory represents the ninth trial in which Wrona Law has prevailed in the past 18 months.  Wrona Law’s founding and managing partner, Joseph Wrona felt the decision “was a classic case of people thinking they were above the law and had the right to ignore their contractual obligations.  The court reaffirmed that if people do not honor their agreements they may face legal consequences.”
