Background: Mr. Marchant works in Wrona Law's Draper office. He primarily represents developers, contractors, agents, small business owners and homeowners with regard to construction and real estate transactions and disputes, mechanic's liens, foreclosures, property management and business entity formation. In January of 2009, Mr. Marchant was recognized as one of Utah's Up and Coming Lawyers by Utah Business Magazine. Prior to joining Wrona Law Firm in 2006, Mr. Marchant spent several years with one of the oldest and most well-respected law firms in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Marchant enjoys softball, tennis, golf, the Utah Jazz and spending time with his wife and children. |
