Background: After graduating from law school, Adrianne Fernstrom established her general practice law firm in Maine in 2002 focusing on real estate transactions and litigation, land use and development, contract and construction law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. She developed extensive experience and expertise in all areas of the law related to real estate, from transactions and contracts to construction litigation. She served as guardian ad litem for the state of Maine for five years, advocating for the needs of abused and neglected children who had been removed from their parents by the state of Maine. Adrianne was elected to a two year term as secretary of the Knox County Bar Association during which time she drafted the amendments to the association by-laws, which were subsequently adopted. After moving to Heber city, Utah, in 2007 with her family, Ms Fernstrom opened a law practice focusing on distressed real estate transactions and personal bankruptcy. As a founding member of the Wasatch County Bar Association she drafted all original organizational documents and by-laws and was elected to serve in the position of secretary/ treasurer.
